How Our Part Numbers Work:

Single Drill applications: First number = Vehicle Bolt Pattern / Second number = Wheel Bolt Pattern / Letter = Thickness 

Thickness -  B=1.25" / C = 1.5" 

This quick order form lists all adapters that we carry with a 6 x 4.5" VEHICLE bolt pattern.

Each adapter includes open ended lug nuts that match the stud threads on the adapter.
